CSCI 4083 - Artificial Intelligence


3 cr.

This course introduces the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI), focusing on solving complex problems that are challenging or impractical for traditional algorithms. Students will engage with core AI concepts, including intelligent behavior, search methods, knowledge representation and reasoning, planning, agents, natural language processing, and machine learning. The course also explores cutting-edge AI applications and their societal implications, preparing students for deeper analysis and implementation of AI in real-world scenarios.

Prerequisite(s): CSCI 2073  and CSCI 3026
