We know that finding your path takes time. You may not have all the answers right now—and that’s perfectly okay. ULM offers more than 75 degree programs, and you can explore them all at
ulm.edu/majors. Our commitment is to help you discover the curriculum that aligns with your strengths, goals, and dreams.
Our Clarke M. Williams Student Success Center is a cornerstone of that support. The staff there are deeply invested in helping you stay on track, overcome challenges, and celebrate every step forward.
ULM is home to four colleges—Arts, Education, and Sciences; Business and Social Sciences; Health Sciences; and Pharmacy—plus our Graduate School. In every college, you’ll find faculty and mentors ready to invest in your future.
Campus Life
College is about more than coursework. It’s about connection. Whether it’s meeting up at Starbucks, cheering on the Warhawks at Malone Stadium, serving with a student organization, or pulling a late-night study session, these moments shape your college experience.
ULM is proud to offer over 150 Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) through the Office of Student Engagement. There’s a place here for you to lead, serve, create, and grow.
We also celebrate the strength of our faith-based communities, including Baptist Collegiate Ministries, the Catholic Student Center, the Wesley Foundation, and Whites Ferry Road Church of Christ—all offering fellowship, meals, and weekly programs.
Health & Safety
Your safety is our priority. The University Police Department (UPD) is staffed with trained professionals available 24/7. If you see something, say something—our officers are always ready to help.
The ULM Safe App keeps you connected with campus alerts, resources, and personal safety tools. You can anonymously report incidents, access emergency contacts, or request a safety escort. It’s available for free on the App Store and Google Play—and we encourage parents to download it too.

Questions come up, especially during your first year. That’s why we created ACE, an AI-powered chatbot you can text any time. Whether you’re wondering about financial aid, advising, or campus life, ACE connects you with reliable answers and helpful resources—built from the collective knowledge of more than 50 ULM staff and faculty.
