Fundamental concepts of managing and marketing within and outside the organization, including developing, implementing, and controlling management programs and plans through effective planning, resource organization, workforce motivation and leadership, as well as monitoring and controlling operational and marketing results; developing and achieving well-planned and communicated marketing strategies designed to maximize market gains obtained through achieving an optimal marketing mix; effective goal setting, communications, presentations, and resource allocation as critical elements in the management and marketing processes.
