The Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration is offered for students seeking a broad background in business or seeking training for a specific industry.  For a major in Business Administration, students must complete MGMT 3005 , a 3000/4000 Economics elective, 6 hours of Business Electives at the 2000-level or higher, 18 semester hours consisting of 9 semester hours of Junior/Senior level courses not otherwise required in two of the following concentrations (or other approved area): Accounting, Business Law, Computer Information Systems, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Management, Marketing, or Risk Management and Insurance.  At least 3 hours of the total 18 hours in concentration courses must be at the 4000-level.  For those concentration areas in which the major includes a 2000-level class as part of its major requirements, a 2000-level course may be used to satisfy that concentration.  However, no more than 6 hours of 2000-level courses may be used to satisfy the major requirements.  Students may use nine semester hours of coursework from a completed non-business minor as one of the two required concentration areas.
