For a major in Risk Management and Insurance, students must complete ECON 3001 , ECON 3011 , FINA 4001 , RMIN 2005 , RMIN 3007 , RMIN 3008 , RMIN 3020 , RMIN 4008 , RMIN 4010 , and either CONS 1001 , MGMT 3005 , MRKT 3005 or MRKT 4003 .
All students majoring in Risk Management and Insurance must complete RMIN 4010 which is an internship in the field. The internship should be completed after admission to the program. The internship must provide significant exposure and practice within the fields of risk management and insurance and is approved at the discretion of the Director of Insurance Studies.
