The Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership is a collaborative online degree program offered jointly by the nine public universities in the University of Louisiana System (ULS). It is a completer degree program established to reach out to adult learners. To enter the program, students must be at least 25 years old and have completed 60 hours of college credit, including general education courses. The degree consists of 30 hours of courses offered jointly by faculty at the nine ULS universities and 30 hours of concentration courses in Financial Services and elective courses at ULM. As a collaborative online degree program, pricing of the Organizational Leadership degree differs from ULM’s standard fee structure.
The Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership with a Concentration in Financial Services provides students with knowledge in accounting, finance, and risk management and insurance. Graduates will possess unique skill sets for a wide variety of positions in the financial services industry. This degree program is not accredited by AACSB-International. AACSB accreditation requirements limit the College of Business Administration credits which may be applied toward graduation in the Organizational Leadership Curricula to 30 semester hours for the Bachelor’s degree. SACS mandates 30 hours must be earned at ULM.
