MATH 1009 - Applied Algebra for College Students

3 cr.

Emphasis on applications involving: solving equatoins and inequalities; function properties and graphs; linear, quadratic, polynomial, exponential and logarithmic functions. Recommended for students who will not take MATH 1031.

Prerequisite(s): ACT 19 or higher or successful completion of MATH 0093.
Students may not receive credit for both MATH 1009 AND MATH 1011.
