SPLP 4077 - Audiology

(3 Cr.) The nature of deafness and hard-of-hearing problems. Anatomy, physiology, and neuroanatomy of hte hearing mechanism with an introduction to pathology; scope of practice. Prerequisites: SPLP 1013, SPLP 1052, SPLP 2002, SPLP 2040; or acceptance as a Post Bacc leveling student; or into the M.S. Speech Pathology without a background in Communication Sciences.
