ENTR 5033 - Enterprise Management (3 Cr.) Students will study the application of management concepts to new and growing ventures. Analysis of organizational design, planning, implementation, and control of enterprises; social and ethical considerations in managing enterprises; and production, decision making, and behavioral factors in new and growing venture management.
