PHAR 5069 - Concepts in Drug Design (3 Cr.) A study of traditional and contemporary approaches to drug design and development. Basic concepts important to receptor-ligand interactions will be introduced. Literature examples will be used to illustrate contemporary methods, such as molecular modeling, QSAR, and combinatorial strategies. Prerequisites: 4009 or Consent of Instructor.
