SPED 5002 - Assessment & Intervention for Special Learners

(3 Cr.) Diagnostic/prescriptive processes to meet educational needs of exceptional children. Formal testing, curriculum-based assessment and teaching, and translation of needs into educational programming. Prerequisites: 5061 or Approval of Department Head; valid Louisiana teaching certificate or equivalent or written permission from Certification Coordinator.
